To change your life, you must change your concept of self.

We get to decide who we are at any given moment, rather than be imprisoned by the chains of the past. I've held many jobs in my life and none of them define who I am. However, I'll provide a brief synopis of the major highlights for context.

I attended the US Air Force Academy and commissioned as a military officer, where I held positions as an operations instructor and flight commander. During this time, I earned a Master's degree in Teaching from the University of Southern California. I also started a wedding officiating business and conducted 45 ceremonies over the next few years.

After leaving the military, I earned a license in massage therapy as I had already taken seminars in various healing modalities. I can energetically feel where people hold pain in their bodies and release it. I am also able to channel spirit.

I worked for a couple of large banks and a FinTech in compliance and risk management. Specifically, I was a manager in Issue Management, which allows companies to identify and create action plans to resolve problems. Most of my professional life centers around Quality Assurance, teaching, and operating with an insanely high level of attention to detail. Finding solutions to problems is extremely fulfilling to me. I love incrementally improving processes and procedures (to include baking recipes).

On a personal note, I was diagnosed with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) after leaving the military. It was severely limiting my life, and I was living in a self-created prison. After struggling for years, I knew I had to completely change my life to restore the balance. I left my marriage, quit my job (six months later), and started solo-traveling. I chose to put myself in uncomfortable situations to deal with my fears so I could be free. It was very scary, but it healed and empowered me, allowing me to feel safe in the world again.

I just completed my MBA at Boston University. I love spirituality, meditating, music, Hallmark Christmas movies, photography, baking, walking, pickleball, reading, and hiking. I enjoy thinking about duality and moral constructs, and I'm always pushing myself to grow and be a better version. Reading Neville Goddard completely changed my mindset, and Tim Ferriss showed me that we don't all have to live conventional lives. We are each the creator of our own realities, so we're responsible for what we choose to experience. Our reality is a mirror that reflects our beliefs back to us.

If you feel like I could help you in a professional capacity, even if it's not listed on my website, feel free to reach out. Cheers!
